TLC was founded through a desire to provide better care for people in need. After working within the system in many varied capacities, we have gained a greater understanding of what is needed and how to provide care that puts the needs of the client at the forefront. We also understand that while we are care providers, you are the person needing the care, and you understand better than anyone what it is that you require to feel understood and validated.
We work hard to ensure that each participant is made to feel welcome and valued, and is treated with respect, dignity and understanding as a unique person.
We will work with you to gain an understanding of what your needs and goals are and how you would like to go about achieving them.
We understand that it can be very difficult to navigate your way through paperwork and sourcing services when you are not feeling your best, that is why we are here to help provide you with professional support and link you with the best services to achieve your goals.
We believe that it is essential to match you with a support worker that is suited to your needs and your personality. Every person is different with different life experiences and needs, and we will take the time to find out what these needs are and what is important to you, so we can find you a support worker that you feel comfortable with, allowing you to grow and develop confidence and work on achieving your goals.

What we do?:
We also provide capacity-building supports designed to assist our clients in learning and developing suitable skills to help them live a more independent life.
We provide specialised support services that focus on developing life skills such as meal planning, cooking, cleaning, organising appointments, maintaining financial obligations, and other domestic duties like laundry and grocery shopping. By learning these skills, participants gain confidence and a level of independence which works toward improving their physical and mental health.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED UNDER THE NDIS?
Yes, all of our services are covered by the NDIS.
You can also access our services privately if you do not have a NDIS package. If you require further information, please either give us a call or fill in the contact us page and we will get back to you ASAP.

Total life care adopts a holistic model of care, which looks at the person as a whole and supports their physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellbeing. We understand that all of these aspects affect overall health and being unwell in one area affects you in others.
