Our Support workers provide social support to allow you to feel confident and engaged in the community. We will sit down with you to find out what your needs are and what you are hoping to gain from engaging with a support worker. We can then develop a plan and match you with the right person so that you feel comfortable and can create a bond that allows you to build confidence to pursue your goals.

We offer varying levels of support, from going for a coffee and a chat, to going shopping, or to the movies or accompanying you to appointments or other community engagements.
