Total Life care provides access to a number of different programs, designed to help you feel more connected with your community and build on your social and creative skills as well as programs to build on your independent living skills.

Some of these programs are created and run by our own staff and some are run by other community groups. Our staff will assist you in finding groups and activities that are suited to your needs and interests and will accompany you in attending them.

A list of available programs will be regularly updated and emailed to clients.

These programs are designed for you to gain valuable life and social skills in a fun inclusive environment that promotes companionship and community engagement.
