It's been an absolute pleasure to have Eliza from TLC TOTAL LIFE CARE to help me for the last 2 years for all my needs with my disabilities with home help shopping help in the yard taking me to my appointments she always rings me if I am not well or having a bad day helps me with hydro therapy i would be more than happy to recommend her I have been in the best care anyone could have thankyou Eliza....
I use them to clean my grandmas house weekly a couple times now, quick get the job done,
The team at TLC Total Life Care are just fantastic, professional, trauma informed, compassionate and reliable bunch. You are treated as an individual and 'YOU DO MATTER' and they do UNDERSTAND Appropriate qualifications and ongoing education of all staff. Constant updates between support workers (when you have multiple) and keep good communication between support workers and other staff and a good chain of command.. Also most as importantly the TLC team are able to adapt to the participants needs to achieve your goals and aspiration. All in in all I would recommend anyone to try TLC Total Life Care including particularly participants with a psychosocial disability.
